Description
The Akrapovič SoundKit App enables the driver to control the sound of the Akrapovič exhaust system from the car’s cockpit. Using innovative Akrapovič technology, the exhaust can easily be switched between a quiet mode and a sportier sound.
When cruising though the urban areas it is advisable to choose the closed mode option. For a more evocative drive and to hear the full engine roar, just switch to the open mode option.
This Smartphone App enables the driver to communicate with the receiver that drives the actuators which open or close the valves at the end of the exhaust system. When not using the Akrapovič SoundKit Smartphone App the driver can still change the sound mode with the supplied Remote Controller.
NOTE: Due to open issues with Bluetooth Low Energy in Android 6.0, new pairing of the device is unfortunately not possible. Issue will be resolved with future Android updates.
NOTE: Usage of the application with Android 5.0 is not possible on some devices due to the Android bluetooth stack bug. This bug obstructs a PIN entry of the BLE device. Please upgrade your device to Android 5.1 if possible.
