We welcome you to an improved version of the Aigües de Barcelona app.
We want to make your day-to-day life with us easier, which is why we offer you a much faster, easier and more complete space to improve your experience with Aigües de Barcelona.
• Keep track of your consumption and bills through new graphs, which will help you better understand your bill.
• Sign up for the Digital Invoice service. A comfortable, fast, ecological and secure system to receive immediate notification of your invoices and consult them online whenever you need it.
• If you have an invoice pending payment, you can pay it through a bank card or Bizum.
• Modify your banking and correspondence details. In addition, you can provide us with the habitability certificate.
• Authorize third parties to carry out procedures on your behalf.
• Customize which supply contracts you want to view using the new contract assignment functionality (only for customers with more than one contract in force who only need to manage certain contracts).
• Consult all the procedures you have carried out with us, and find out first-hand what situation they are in.
• Configure alerts by SMS or email, to receive notifications about service effects, anomalies detected in your consumption or possible leaks and meter changes, among others.
