Worst app. Powered by TCS 🤣...Payments fail everytime, but money is deducted everytime. Phone Numbers are given but they are not helpful and mail is also not working....This app is made to improve the convenience of users or to degrade.....Waiting for Refund of failed payment, will update the review when I will get the refund.

WORST EVER APP. The app doesn't allow you to Re-set password with the New Password. As they do not send any OTP to your registered mobile number. Also, it automatically forgets the password from its database if we do not use the app for a long time. I in spite of knowing my User Name and Password, can not access with that as I haven't used this app for a long time.

👎No Tab or Option to complain online and generate complain no., which is intentionally removed, 🤔How citizen can complain online? Only heavily chargeable calling option is available, which is not working properly.

Using AMC website I'd password not able to log in. It's manageable by TCS? Seriously developers are lazy to test.

This app doesn't have option if you have forgotten your user ID. Also if you don't use the app for a long time, it will not allow you to enter..!! App doesn't have any mention of customer support details like email ID or contact number whom to contact in case of problem mentioned above. If you can't or don't login, this app will not allow you at all to see other features and functions of this app..!! Not at all user friendly.. I would give zero rating to this app if I can..

When I click on forgot password then I didn't get a new password on my registered mobile number....and when I am using actual password then I got message your password is incorrect... very bad app....

Pathetic service. The app always says password is not correct. I tried the password recovery, and when the new password is used, it again said incorrect password. Tried 100 times and all the time it says incorrect password. Tried AMC site, but again same issue. Uninstalling until the issue is resolved. My suggestion, don't try this PATHETIC application.

Though for preparing AMC App is amazing and it featured with list of good functions. Cons- 1. Transaction history option is not available. 2. After paying property tax, I got transaction fail message in app although it was paid. 3. While trying to download receipt of paid tax, it shows download successfully and unable to process your request message at the same time 4. App is not asking mail ID 5. While entering Tenament no. in Property Tax, Submit button should be Right side for easy use.
