Uslugu je moguće ugovoriti u bilo kojoj poslovnici Agram banke. Nakon ugovaranja usluge korisnik će putem SMS poruke zaprimiti aktivacijski ključ. Unosom aktivacijskog ključa i odabirom korisničkog PIN-a aplikacija je spremna za rad. Sva komunikacija aplikacije mobilnog bankarstva odvija se putem zaštićenog kanala. Korisnik se u aplikaciju prijavljuje sa korisničkim PIN-om kojega će odabrati pri prvom startanju aplikacije. Podaci o korisničkom PIN-u, korisnikovim računima, transakcijama itd. ne čuvaju se na korisničkom telefonu. U slučaju tri uzastopna unosa neispravnog korisničkog PIN-a usluga mobilnog bankarstva će biti blokirana.
