Recent upgate required GPS to locate the store. It look very long time and sometimes it won't work and waste time in a long queue. Seemed that there is also a bug in the software that we need to restart the program if we do 2 consecutive transactions. please allow the customer to choose the store beside using GPS. Besides, try to contact customer services using the APP. Not able to submit the enquiry. Also gets Error Message on Content* even I have already fill in the content.

Function is very limited, design is not attractive. Don't understand why we need to print out the member cash coupon to ise it instead of using the QR code directly, waste of time & resources

It will be good to have a faster access to member id barcode. Sometimes its little embarrasing look for it infront of the cashier and a long queue.

i registering for new membership, i fill out all the necessary information but it keep prompting the message that i need to fill in the year and month of birth.
