Efficient Online Timesheet Management
Our Adtime application enables clients to register associate work performances digitally
anytime, anywhere, and on any device. As an extension of the web platform, the app offers
the same functionalities in a mobile-friendly format.
Key functionalities include:
- Approving worked hours for associate staff
- Pre-filled hours based on contractual working schedules
- Adding, removing, or modifying payroll codes (e.g. worked hours, premiums,
absences)
- Communicate additional timesheet related information
- Receiving notifications for pending approvals or missing entries
- Managing internal approval users
- Supporting multiple user roles with tailored access rights
- Viewing historical timesheet data
With a secure and user-friendly interface, Adtime supports real-time data entry, integrates seamlessly with our payroll system, and ensures full GDPR compliance. Designed for flexibility and ease of use, it helps our clients reduce their administrative workload and streamline the timesheet approval process.
