Add-on Numbers

Convenient and Easy to use. Add, delete or use multiple phone numbers anytime on one mobile phone. 

• Add up to 4 numbers, including local mobile number, fixed-line number or Easy Number mainland China mobile numbers, in addition to your mobile number
• Choose and instantly use a new local mobile number or a fixed-line number
• Separate phone dialler, message folders, phonebook and voicemail for each add-on number
• Applicable for both SmarTone and non-SmarTone customers

Charges: 
• Standard Plan: No contract is required. Each add-on number is just HK$5 per day, capped at HK$35 per 30 days.
• Monthly Plan Contract Offer: Each add-on number is just HK$30 per month (12 months contract). Only applicable to SmarTone customers.
• Yearly plan: Applicable to non-SmarTone customers. Each add-on number is just HK$368 per year (HK$360 for service fee and HK$8 for MMS advance payment).

Remarks: 
• To use an existing mobile/fixed-line number as an add-on number, please come to SmarTone stores for registration.
• For SmarTone customers: usage of voice, data, messaging, IDD and roaming will be deducted from the main number’s service plan and any additional usage incurred will be charged to the monthly bill accordingly. Calls made by the mobile numbers under this service will incur voice usage and be counted as voice minutes, while calls made by fixed-line numbers under this service require data connection and usage will incur data charges.
• For non-SmarTone customers: a $48 advance payment is required from which service and additional fees will be deducted as applicable. The use of IDD will require registration at SmarTone stores and will be charged accordingly. Voice calls (including the calls made by mobile numbers and fixed-line numbers) and messaging will be delivered by data and usage will incur data charges with the customer’s network provider.
• The fixed-line numbers and Easy Number mainland China mobile numbers under this service do not support MMS.
• Data connectivity is required for the service. When using the service which requires data connection, service performance may be affected by the network performance of the customer's network provider.
• This service is available for smartphones running Android™ 5.0 or above.

• The Service is only available for customers who have subscribed to the Company’s monthly mobile service plan with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Applicants for this service must be the account holder of the company's monthly mobile service plan.
