With the Adax WiFi app you can control and manage your Adax WiFi heaters directly on your phone. Create schedules to make the heating adapt to your daily routines, Home, Sleep and Away. In general works ok, but after changing my router, and wifi network i could not make it work almost a year. I was just nit able to connect to my heater. Alterly i was not even able to open app. I managed to fix it deleting cache and data for this app im settings. After that worked agan. So maybe try it if you have problems.

I've been using this app to control 4 heaters (clea/neo) for a few years and have only positive feedback. I had a few initial struggles that were caused by me for not connecting the heaters to a dedicated 2.4Ghz network. What I like most: Adax has made their API public, which means that you can interact with your adax heaters through a home automation system! If you dont like the app, then control the heaters from somewhere else :)

Easy setup! But the UI is a tad odd and makes adjustments to things like schedule very cumbersome. 5 star now that there is power usage reporting 🙌

I bought two heaters 1.5 years ago. They worked fine. After a few months I noticed a firmware update, which I installed, and that was the last time I was able to connect to and control the heaters. Just now, I renamed my 5GHz WiFi to ensure I was using the 2.4GHz WiFi. I re-installed this app, then followed the guide once again. Both heaters displays the "Sc" for quite some time, but the app doesn't detect them. I've done a factory reset of the heaters, but no improvement... 🤨 What can I do?

I'm not sure what is going on. I changed from the Adax WiFi 2 app because the days of the week were wrong, but now the ability to have different schedules has disappeared. Come on Adax, sort this out and develop one app that actually works properly and get rid of the ones that you don't support any more. Better design and test, test, test before release.

The heater registration is not quite fast. If is succeeds, but it isn't guaranteed at all. The available choice set of settings are numerous, but the setup process of a weekly plan is not so easy. The previous version with a table of hourly setup options were so much easier to use, and fairly enough for all users. The editing of previously accepted settings is difficult. The weekly graph overview of the weekly plan is not accurate, it isn't balanced with the exactness of the minute based setup.

After using the new application for a year I still find it confusing to use. It just took me 10min to realise that to view your saved schedules you have to disable an active one (confirm the change), then save changes, go back into the room and reactivate it - only now can you see the list of available schedules. Please could you make it easier to change schedules? Even a simple "activate new" button next to the "deactivate" one would simplify things so much.

Total hit and miss, one of the most bewildering apps I've had to work with, looses details needing to be re-entered, confusing pathway through to setting up, get the tablet working then try to enter phone for away control, all details are wiped clean, so right back to start all over again. Please get someone in who knows what they're doing and re-write the software to make user friendly.
