Description
Access Care & Clinical Mobile is an intuitive real-time point of care data capture solution for Residential and Nursing Homes. Care Workers have access to the right information at the time of care delivery, and can capture accurate care delivery notes which give managers and other care staff immediate access to up-to-date information. All of this gives Care Workers more time to care, and empowers managers with the information they need to effectively manage their homes
Why use Mobile Point of Care?
Mobile Point of Care provides Care Workers with real-time information on a Resident’s care and progress. Notes that are input into the system are immediately available at the point of care, meaning Care Workers are always aware of what care has been delivered for each Resident. This helps prevent the double delivery of care and reduces the stressful task of transcribing hand written paper notes.
Staff will ultimately feel that they have more time to care, and this will positively affect the care the residents receive.
