This is a wack update. It takes no consideration for lengths of names and transaction details. It's a full screen app for no reason with the most usable button functions at the top. Whereas my thumb can't reach those buttons reasonably. Oh yeah, they also created unnecessary extra steps for some of the processes; some things that took me 10 seconds to do now take me longer. It removed my fingerprint and I had to set it up again, I'm pissed and hope to change this review after more updates

Absa services is now becoming bad I think Barclays left with most of their technology. Every night internet banking those not work. Same as online purchases Absa you have to sit up else you will lose some customers. Your services are really becoming very poor.

Almost perfect. Gave it 4 stars because it's sometimes slow to open. But at the same time, it's never crashed. They also do well to alert you when it's down for maintenance or for any other reason so you're never taken by surprise. Recently they've updated it with even more convenient features. I always say Absa Ghana leaves you feeling that someone there is being paid to think of how to make your life easier. (Absa, do remember to give credit if you ever use that last line in your ads. Lol)

Since my first review was deleted, let me review again. Stop with the useless update and work on adding features that actually help your customers. Also, if you could work on preventing your app from failing every two business days, it would be really helpful. I'm trying to access my account at the end of the month and neither the app nor the ussd works. You really think your customers need darkmode update?

It's so crazy and annoying using this banking app, very awful. Been waiting for my OTP to be sent to my mobile number or email since morning but to no avail. It's 9 pm now and I'm really disappointed, bigtime!!!!!

I like the new updates that allow corporate banking. But I received a message today of an update to the app that will render this app inoperable in favor of a new app but no link to where this new app can be found. Meanwhile you only give people 2days to move.
