Key features include:
COLLECTION CALENDAR WITH REMINDER FUNCTION
Create personalized reminders for collection dates. These will appear on your smartphone at your chosen time (e.g., the evening before collection) to help you never miss a collection.
PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Receive automatic notifications about your collection dates directly on your smartphone.
ON-DEMAND BULK WASTE REGISTRATION
You can easily register your bulky waste for collection using the app. Just like with our online form, you'll receive a confirmation email with your collection date after completing all required fields.
ORDER WASTE CONTAINERS OR REPORT CHANGES
As soon as you need a new waste container for the first time, want to exchange an existing one, or the number of people in your household changes, you can easily report this change to us via the waste app.
REPORT ILLEGAL DUMPING
To report illegal waste dumping, simply fill out all required fields. You also have the option to add photos and provide us with the location for more precise identification.
WASTE ABC WITH SEARCH FUNCTION
This feature allows you to access an alphabetical list of various waste types or search directly for specific terms. For each listed waste type, you will see how and where to dispose of it.
