News, tips and suggestions (given by the experts of the Zooprophylactic Institute of Piedmont, Aosta Valley and Liguria) on how, how long and where storing cooked/raw, prepacked/loose, fresh/frozen food. More than 500 foodstuffs divided into 12 categories.

--Servings--
Which are the recommended portions for each food? Which is the right quantity of food to buy for a given number of people? Calculation has never been so easy.

--Shopping list--
Once you calculated the servings, add them to the shopping list. Search in a list of 500 foodstuffs, or insert manually what you desire and you will never forget anything while shopping, and no more exceedances.

--Anti-waste recipes—
If you have exceedances you will find an anti-waste recipe for each food that allows you to reuse leftovers or waste matters. Simple but tasty recipes with that extra oomph to impress your friends.
