Grand Rapids Ballet “A Different Tune”
Keep little ones on their toes with this creative dance of differences. “Once upon a time in a land far away, everyone looked alike and did things the same way.” Based on the popular Start to Read! book, A Different Tune, this contemporary ballet teaches kids that being different is just another way of being special. A lonely creature with a special talent also discovers that not only may there be others like us, but we can find those who celebrate our differences. Everyone contributes a unique and important part! Kids will enjoy seeing the story come to life before their eyes, and aspiring ballet dancers and ballerinas will appreciate this clever new spin on classical dance.
