I must say that this a brilliant piece of work and the app does exactly what it's meant to do...do u've root the descriptions say's so and I installed this app and would recommend this to anyone with a rooted device.Thanks to the developer for the hard work that he has put in to make it simple and workable. My HTC One phone is rooted but still this app does not change the DNS for 3G or 4G I know this because I have TCP dump running in the background and I can see the calls are still going to Sprint DNS servers
