_ Copie la Configuration selon votre opérateur facilement.
_ Une Interface Flottant pour configurer facilement sans basculer entre l application et la fenêtre de configuration.
***cet application contient seulement les information de l'APN , elle peut pas les Crée automatiquement , le raison est les nouveaux changement a l'API en android 4.2+ .***
