3Fiber è l’app gratuita dedicata a tutti i clienti, sia residenziali sia P.IVA, che ti permette di gestire in autonomia la tua linea Fibra o ADSL 3Fiber direttamente dal tuo smartphone.
Quest’app ti consente di:
• inserire il tuo numero di telefono per verificare in ogni momento lo stato di attivazione della tua linea e conoscere la data di prevista di attivazione;
• tenere sotto controllo i contatori dei consumi del traffico internet e del traffico voce verso l’Italia e verso l’estero di tutte le linee attive a tuo nome;
• pagare le fatture con un semplice gesto e avere sempre sotto mano lo storico completo dei pagamenti;
• consultare e modificare l’anagrafica dei tuoi dati del contratto;
• abilitare la navigazione Internet attraverso la registrazione della propria linea Fibra / ADSL in modo semplice e immediato;
• sapere sempre quali sono le opzioni, i servizi aggiuntivi e le promozioni attivi sulle tue linee fisse;
• ricevere informazioni e notifiche sulle ultime novità e promozioni per essere sempre aggiornato sulle attività;
• avere velocemente tutte le risposte alle domande più frequenti grazie alle FAQ.
