The CFOP method is the most common method used among speed cubers, it is not designed for beginners who are just learning to solve the cube for the first time. The 2-Look OLL CFOP method is for those that want to limit the number of algorithms they have to memorize for the orientation step from 57 algorithms to just 10. The algorithms presented here are the most popular ones used, and are designed to be fast, rather than short.
