Внесли изменения в ПДД, которые начнут действовать с 1 сентября 2023 года:
- изменены пункты 26.3, 26.4 раздела ПДД “Нормы времени управления транспортным средством и отдыха”;
- изменены пункты 11, 12 раздела “Основные положения по допуску транспортных средств к эксплуатации и обязанности должностных лиц по обеспечению безопасности дорожного движения”;
- изменен весь раздел “Перечень неисправностей и условий, при которых запрещается эксплуатация транспортных средств”.
