I have used the services through browser as the app was not working. I must say it's really great to have such services. I got sim at home and then activated with stated amount within a span of 4-5 hours from ordering till start using it.. Great work team !! Awesome !!! Please resolve App issue as I am not able to login to the app. It always ends with error " Sometime went wrong, please try again later ".

You might have seen mixed reviews on this app. The reason is 1 out of 3 customer actually get the good service apart from that all they do is cheat. For example i ordered a sim and it was supposed to be delivered next day. I made the payment online also. Its been more than 4 days and they don't really care. So i cancelled the order but guess what i need get my money back either. If you think you are lucky go order here if not, just buy it from a shop. I hope this was helpful. Don't order here.

Don't buy they're non responsive, don't even know how to talk with customers, 2 hours delivery is fake, my Airtel prepaid SIM got delivered after more than 24 hours, that too after calling them for 10-15 times, again for first recharge I had to call them for 10-15 times, they're non reliable, non responsive and ill behaved.

They cancelled my order without giving any intimation. The helpline number says press 1 for Order status and press 2 for Query related to delivery of your order. If I press 2 nothing happens. They again repeat the same message in an infinite loop.

Very painful experience.. They say sim delivered in 2 hours I got it after more than 30 working hours. Finally when got the sim. Delivery executive was very unprofessional and rude...now waiting for first recharge sim has been activated but when I try to make a call it says I have insufficient balance... When call the delivery guy he says its not my department and says i have forwarded the message... Still frc didn't happen for next 2 hours...no end till now

Delivery was delayed by 3.5 hrs. May be due to lockdown restrictions Accepted.👍🏼 After delivery sim was not activated till 48 hrs. Worst thing is that nobody picked us customer care number. No way to contact them. Only after complaining on tweeter I was contacted by them. Very very disappointed!!!! No choice of number at the time of delivery.

Worst product and people behind it. They just cheat, I ordered a sim and it was supposed to be delivered the next day. I made the payment online(never pay online). Now it's been more than a week, no response from support team, they really don't care.

This is a conn app. You will only get cheated here. I ordered a airtel sim for porting, it's been more than 5 days the sim is not showing any network, despite the sms that it will get activated within 2 days. I am sure they delivered me a damaged sim card, and they're not returning my money now.

The worst service ever. I ordered a SIM 3 days back and I haven't received it yet. It was supposed to be delivered on next day. Customer care never received a call so I have no idea whether I'm gonna get my SIM or not. Very Bad.
