This view display an astronomical clock :
- The earth is displayed in the center
- During the year, the position on the sun along the radius that represent its hour angle is the following :
- The inner yellow circle at the winter solstice
- The middle yellow circle at the spring or autumn equinox
- The outer yellow circle at t he summer solstice
- During the day, the sun turns around the earth and the color of the disk below represent the period of the day :
- Night : dark blue
- Dawn and twilight : orange
- Day : light blue
- The outer ring allows you to read the time associated to the position of the sun
If a celestial object is not visible, it is displayed with a red cross inside.
If a celestial object is visible, his position along the radius that represent its hour angle is proportional to its altitude.
If a celestial object is selected, it is displayed with a red circle around.
