Worst experience, never use this app to book the car, They will just provide you worst vechile and then charge you extra amount from you caution deposit, naming it differently and charge *10 times. At first time I booked the car through this is fine and I got the car. When I tried to book in the same location application is not responding well. After selecting the date and time, the date and time show in the display is different. Then I installed the app in my friend, there also app showing the same mistake. It is the major problem I have faced. Please make it fix the problem as soon as possible. Because, I think it is the best app to book the self driven cars.

A very very pleasant experience while using this app. The people around there are really very accomodative and helpful while dealing with their customers. All queries and other issues relating to bookings are addressed by them with lightening speed. I am all praise for one of their customer support personnel, a lady from West Bengal, probabably from Kolkata, who indeed is very very kind and helpful in dealing with their customers. This Bengali lady is certainly a very big asset for the company.

I have booked a car for a day but that time service not available than I request for a refund query and customer support excutive said we will refund your payment 5-7 days and Today 10days goes down but I didn't get my refund yet. Again I called to customer support and I don't know why she pretend that she didn't understand me why she speak so dumb that she don't know about the company. This app is a fraud , I had opted for a car with fuel and paid the money but on the day of delivery I had got a car without fuel. The car was late by an hour and later the driver informed about the wrong booking of the car , so it got late by 2 hours and our entire planned collapsed because if this . When enquired the customer care said that the car we booked is with fuel but later during and after the delivery the same problem araised and they forced me to pay 1500 extra and also didnot refund

Good Experience with the app. Little difficult to know what exact car will come .It was showings Etios will come but during pickup swift came .The driver was same what was mentioned in the app but the car was different. I tried to book a cab from blr airport but surprisingly no cabs were available. At least the driver was good and we reached on time. The total fare was also low compared to ola uber.

I have used zyppys app for two times while on outstation trip out of Bangalore. It's very cool at effective and drivers well behaved. Good job Zyppys. Support team: I am facing one technical issue on the app, on launching of the app it's asking me to give my feedback on a pop up. On this popup neither the submit button is working, nor I am able to close the popup. Basically my app is stuck at this popup only and not able to place new trip booking order. Please help ASAP.

Useless app. Dont use it atall. Prices before are different and when u actually try to book its way costly. Also they charge u the advance and then tell u later that cab is not available and then ur money is stuck. Zero star. Dont use this app.
