Spam. Push notifications are coming every day. Sometimes several times a day and there is no way to turn it off. Communication with the support does not help either. Edit: and the settings for turning off notifications does not work.

I've ordered a parcel and after 2 months of waiting, I see it's been sent back to warehouse due to misinformation of address; after talking back to the post office, Ive been told the address was lacking due to incomplete printing from Zoodmall. Although my address was totally clear and correct on zoodmall page. I'M SO disappointed after all th9s waiting, and instead of admitting your mistake and solve it, u theow the responsibility on the customer.

The app itself is good. It is easy-to-use and good for shopping. But I guess, you should expand variety of goods. Additionally, you should decrease the prices of items. I have seen identical items in Zoodmall and Aliexpress but their prices are not even close to each other. In Zoodmall it costs 30$(Shipping included) and in Aliexpress it costs 16$(Shipping included). Other than these two major problems the app is awesome! Anyway wish the best for future of the app!

The app was good for me, the customer support was not always helpful they sometimes help but not always my only problem is when I order something it takes time I understand why, but whenever i try to order something else again I can't use the cash on delivery anymore pls fix it.

Useless customer support, i canceled order and its been 5 days stuck no change on the order. Informed the support and nothing changed, claim to have fast delivery which is from 3 to 5 if you are lucky and the vendor send it to you in same day after many days waiting till the vendor receives the order, i wish there is competitors who offer payment flexibility like you as i will go without any hesitate and sure they will take the market from you.

They send an sms that you will get the parcel delivered in 2 days, you wait for 10 days and get a message saying that you rejected the item just because the delivery did not bother calling the day of delivery. Highly unprofessional and frustrating. It happened with 2 orders so far that i waited around 90 days for them to arrive 😡

The dollar rate goes done why the prices goes up. Worst app ever ( keep in mind if you ordered anything that you may not receive it) I'll give it a 3/10 and i do not recommend it to anyone
