Horrible experience with Zomato business, I have been trying to list my cafe in UAE. They have no contact number in UAE. I have left neumerous msgs on chats, all the agents said someone will call back. I have sent emails, still there is no response. Never expected such service from a company like Zomato!

What everyone says about your 3rd grade App is absolutely right. OTP received in Email is not valid, you regenerate OTP and it remains the same and same issue every time. And I have to wait for 10 min coz same password valid for 10 min but its not valid.. what a joke.. Your Application sucks, 3rd class app, was it developed by freshers to save money? LoL

I have registered my restaurwith you and my page is even displayed over zomato. But you have kept my restaurant on hold reason you show as address is not serviceable. Why on earth will I allocate an address which will not have any postal verification?? Above all this to add to my woes you all have registered my restaurant with a wrong address and have not rectifiedthe same even after giving so many mails to you. Where do i go and contact you people to sort this out??????give me a valid answer!!

Several times I am trying to add my home delivery details but all times it is showing error. Please help me I want to add my business and please guide me. Apps already down load but next page not opening. Since a long times am trying but same issue happen. Can you suggest me what is the procedure.

Why does my page say temporaliary closed when my buinsess is OPEN? Please fix this. Updated, they have fixed my page and app. Very good service. 5 stars now.

DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP unless you want to recieve a bunch of emails you can't unsubscribe from. I don't need an email every time someone checks in to the location. Fix you unsubscribe link in your emails - THEY DON'T WORK (says invalid link). If I go to unsubscribe via the app, the notification page doesn't load and it says I'm not connected to the internet. Go figure - how can I write this bad reviews if I'm not connected to the internet. Been messaging their Facebook page for weeks and the replies have been "we're working on it" however now they're ignoring my messages when I'm asking why it hasn't been sorted.
