-50 stars if I could. Nothing but crashes and lost documents. Not worth the price, and yes I know its free. I just lost hours of work with another one of your sync errors. And yea I wrote to support. But really what purpose does that serve? Read the reviews, many others are having the same issues and Zoho's standard response? Contact support. May I suggest you fix the app instead of posting verbatim responses to negative reviews?

𝘼𝙒𝙁𝙐𝙇! Complete and utter 𝘨𝘢𝘳𝘣𝘢𝘨𝘦. Zoho should be 𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗱 to have such an app under their name!! The web version: flawless. More than I could hope for. THIS nightmare??? No decent formatting! I have to type like a snail and hope desperately that it doesn't lock up, lag, and crash in the first ten seconds. It's 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘴𝘩. Business people need a functioning writer app too!! I'm trying to use Zoho to replace Google since I like the idea of privacy, but this is unusable!! .25/5

It should be offline but all of a sudden lays later it wouldnt work offline the app was malfunctioning so I'd like to know when thats fixed.

I like the app very much .If I want to edit something it's very easy for me .It is very useful for writing purpose .To create any worksheets it is very useful ans we can add the pictures also that's a nice option Really loved Zoho Thank you . Highly recommend

Could. Not get on account to finish my writing. I tried customer service couldn't solve the problem. Had no choice to uninstall it and look for another writer .

I use zoho on desktop with reasonable success, if a few loading and disconnection problems on occasion. The app, however, has failed (over the course a month) to load even a single document successfully. I use google docs regularly on the same phone with no real issues, and am dissappointed as I had hoped that zoho might be a real alternative. It's a good program- if it loads. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened for me yet, and thus I'm back to using google docs
