    The app is exceptional it is almost as good as working on their website but their are some features that I either have not been able to find or are missing from the app other than the that the app has been perfect for doing work on the go.

    Mostly works but with some really weird and obvious bugs that don't get any attention year after year. 1. Almost always says there are 99+ notifications, but there are 0 when I look. Then it correctly displays none. - 2. Tickets don't show current information. This is exacerbated if you use the back button. You should never use the back button because it takes you back to a previously solved ticket, but now the latest comment will be gone and the status is now open.

    Broken after latest update. Ticket screen just shows up blank after Sept 4th Update. I can only get to tickets by selecting notifications, but if I go to any other view, no tickets are shown. Downgrading Review to One Star. I've had a ticket open on this for 7+ Months and it's still unresolved. Supposedly the engineering team is "looking into it."

    Zendezk is a decent customer service tool but configuring dashboards is a clunky experience as are the use of terms such as macro (aka response or reply). Smacks of a noughties inspired approach to cloud sofftware development where the ’geeks' ruled and not much thought was given to the usually 'non-tech' end user's journey. Whilst an "if it ain't broke don't fix it" approach makes economic sense a basic make over surely wouldn't hurt either.

    Cannot see ticket header or details in notifications. Only see new ticket has been assigned to you. Need to open the app and see the details. Also need provision to set notification view as default screen on all launch.

    Macros wouldn't apply on this mobile app. Ridiculous when you can specially make use of it while on the go, resulting in faster response to clients. I no longer have any use for this app as I don't want to type in a reply with tiny mobile keyboard. 🤦‍♂️

    I tried to use the WhatsApp api but this app has the worst integration, they sell a service and deliver a totally different thing, if you want any additional, you have to pay double for it! I tried to cancel but they keep charging me!! In addition to that, the app manage customers as tickets, a very confuse way to track the customers and the solutions.

    There are a few missing capabilities that you can get in the portal but not in the mobile app. But for the most part, this mobile app is very useful and convenient and serves as a valuable companion to the Zendesk experience.

    Great for limited use... we use signature macros that don't work correctly on the phone version, like a email signature on the web app auto populates from fields into the text body, the phone macro populates the text but the fields info is missing.

    Please add the ability to access multiple subdomains, I read on your app FAQ this was supposed to be implemented last year but I don't see any option in the app to add another subdomain. Otherwise app seems to work well.

    It would be a lot better if there was a dark mode. Also, it's hard to find my tickets versus other team members. There's not a clear way of selecting each team members tickets.

    Notifications are no longer reliable. I have keep checking manually. Not sure what's going on, but the notifications have been terrible for the past 4 months.

    Minor bugs sometimes but for the most part very usable. Anyways a must if you want to monitor the customers requests on the go.

    No dark mode Poor ux. It is not obvious how it works and grey letters on white background is very hard to read. Whoever thought that was a good idea should go back to ux design school.

    Zendesk is definitely a great tool. The mobile app does pretty good but sometimes it feels a little bit slaggish when trying to enter a comment, or make other adjustments to the ticket. Again, zendesk really rocks but needs to update and modernize it's mobile app in order to shine and deliver the great features the product has. Keep up the good work!!!

    the notification numbers are almost never correct. when I wake up to an average of 50 emails at night I have to go down to start answering email from oldest to newset. but as soon as I reply to the oldest one and go out it takes me all the way back up. and it's annoying because I have to scroll down again and answer another email and the same thing happens again. EACH TIME. please fix these bugs asap because it's making my job a living hell.

    It has most of the features needed for some light work from a mobile device. I'd give it one more star if the app was called "Zendesk" instead of "Support". That was a terrible idea. I spent some time searching for a Zendesk icon after installing the app due to this, and thought it didn't install correctly.

    Bulk edit update is laughably featureless. Features that bulk update needs to address: assignee, agent group, category, and almost any other field that I can bulk edit from the desktop app. We still need to be able to adjust notifications so we only get alerts on tickets assigned to ourselves and not the entire group. I don't need to know when someone responds to a ticket assigned to someone else.

    Worst experience as an agent. Its like they took everything bad from other cs apps and put them together. This is my number one issue. Other stuff I can deal but its not ideal. No notification in the web app. Please. I have to use extensions just because i do not want to keep refreshing my screen like crazy. The mobile app. Only a choice of all or none for notifications. I want to se new tickets that come in but not be bothered with every reply in the entire inbox of multiple agents. Other issues: Your ratings system needs an overhaul, the fact that I cant even view a productivity report for myself if not an admin, the whole New, Open, Pending, Solved system. Everything needs a redesign in my opinion. I realise that this is not all concerning the mobile app but you asked what bothered me.

    Just last week, developers updated the app and boom! My rate of 5 stars in your app went to 1 star. Are you improving your app or you are just making it hard for us users to use it? Why the heck you group our OPEN/PENDING/HOLD tickets??? Before, it was separated under MY TICKETS.. HOPEFULLY it will be brought back. It is really hard to trace tickets one by one through play mode. Thank you.

    new update is best UI but still lacking... (1) No font control. (2) Comment text box should either expand or be fixed with a larger height. It is difficult to maintain a coherent thought while typing inside a small row height space. (3) background status color of ticket records in a list is much more efficient than the little status icons which are easily missed when browsing a long list. (3) Recent search capability is great and was much lacking in prior versions.

    Since the last update in March, I am having issues. I can no longer turn on the notifications for my groups or for all in the settings. It jus takes me on and endless loop and the button will not turn on no matter what I do. please fix this!!

    if i login with an AD/Work user account (365) it just pushes me to a web browser view powered by my preferred browser... i cannot get it to open in the app. Whats the point of having an app if it just pushes it into the browser and shows it the same as if i just used the browser in the first place.... redundant and stupid...

    UI could use a little work in terms of where certain action items are located. Would definitely like to see some management options like SLA edits, adding a user to the helpdesk, and rule creation. The app seems a little TOO simple at this point.

    It's really slow to get around and move to next tickets, the whole flow of this app is wrong if you want to get through tickets fast it's not gonna happen. It really needs reworking from the ground up to be a success

    Searches are noticeably slower than in web (e.g. dozens of seconds to execute `commenter:me` as opposed to under 5s in browser). Had some SSO login troubles with _persistent_ non-informative errors, but it seems I was using wrong corp. domain (incorrectly working alias?)

    It's better than trying to use Zendesk in a browser on you phone. Nothing else positive to say here however. ways and means for finding a ticket by other than reading down a list should be the first enhancement.

    I tap Sign in, enter my domain name - after that Sign in button appears again with no other option. If I tap it, my domain name is required again. I repeated it 5 times, the name was correct each time. Please fix it.

    Should be able to answer customer chats and texts from the app. No longer able to see recently solved tickets. the pull doen is not working on my Android, can only see unsolved tickets.

    I would give Zendesk app a better review, but you cannot use the App in Landscape mode. The portrait mode is fine for Phone.

    Notification frequency part is buggy, when you select an hour from specific times's 'to' section it's choosing -1 hour that your selection.
