Worst experience as an agent. Its like they took everything bad from other cs apps and put them together. This is my number one issue. Other stuff I can deal but its not ideal. No notification in the web app. Please. I have to use extensions just because i do not want to keep refreshing my screen like crazy. The mobile app. Only a choice of all or none for notifications. I want to se new tickets that come in but not be bothered with every reply in the entire inbox of multiple agents. Other issues: Your ratings system needs an overhaul, the fact that I cant even view a productivity report for myself if not an admin, the whole New, Open, Pending, Solved system. Everything needs a redesign in my opinion. I realise that this is not all concerning the mobile app but you asked what bothered me.


Bulk edit update is laughably featureless. Features that bulk update needs to address: assignee, agent group, category, and almost any other field that I can bulk edit from the desktop app. We still need to be able to adjust notifications so we only get alerts on tickets assigned to ourselves and not the entire group. I don't need to know when someone responds to a ticket assigned to someone else.


There is no option to merge duplicate tickets..


Broken after latest update. Ticket screen just shows up blank after Sept 4th Update. I can only get to tickets by selecting notifications, but if I go to any other view, no tickets are shown.


Good, but limited in functionality for agent users. Unable to merge tickets or users via app.


No dark mode and can't configure unique notification sound. Two must haves for a mobile app of this nature.

It's really slow to get around and move to next tickets, the whole flow of this app is wrong if you want to get through tickets fast it's not gonna happen. It really needs reworking from the ground up to be a success


It's better than trying to use Zendesk in a browser on you phone. Nothing else positive to say here however. ways and means for finding a ticket by other than reading down a list should be the first enhancement.


new update is best UI but still lacking... (1) No font control. (2) Comment text box should either expand or be fixed with a larger height. It is difficult to maintain a coherent thought while typing inside a small row height space. (3) background status color of ticket records in a list is much more efficient than the little status icons which are easily missed when browsing a long list. (3) Recent search capability is great and was much lacking in prior versions.


The only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star rating is the inability to sort tickets by location.


For some reason I can't login in the app. It says "access has been revoked". Let me know how can I login with the app or fix the issue and will give you 5*


Worst Application I am not able to see all unsolved ticket from last one month using my user ID and pass and there is no customer support number for solving my issues

I would give Zendesk app a better review, but you cannot use the App in Landscape mode. The portrait mode is fine for Phone.

Just last week, developers updated the app and boom! My rate of 5 stars in your app went to 1 star. Are you improving your app or you are just making it hard for us users to use it? Why the heck you group our OPEN/PENDING/HOLD tickets??? Before, it was separated under MY TICKETS.. HOPEFULLY it will be brought back. It is really hard to trace tickets one by one through play mode. Thank you.


I tap Sign in, enter my domain name - after that Sign in button appears again with no other option. If I tap it, my domain name is required again. I repeated it 5 times, the name was correct each time. Please fix it.


It has most of the features needed for some light work from a mobile device. I'd give it one more star if the app was called "Zendesk" instead of "Support". That was a terrible idea. I spent some time searching for a Zendesk icon after installing the app due to this, and thought it didn't install correctly.


the notification numbers are almost never correct. when I wake up to an average of 50 emails at night I have to go down to start answering email from oldest to newset. but as soon as I reply to the oldest one and go out it takes me all the way back up. and it's annoying because I have to scroll down again and answer another email and the same thing happens again. EACH TIME. please fix these bugs asap because it's making my job a living hell.


I am annoyed that my responses start as private and change to public as I type.


if i login with an AD/Work user account (365) it just pushes me to a web browser view powered by my preferred browser... i cannot get it to open in the app. Whats the point of having an app if it just pushes it into the browser and shows it the same as if i just used the browser in the first place.... redundant and stupid...


Searches are noticeably slower than in web (e.g. dozens of seconds to execute `commenter:me` as opposed to under 5s in browser). Had some SSO login troubles with _persistent_ non-informative errors, but it seems I was using wrong corp. domain (incorrectly working alias?)


should be able create/modify macros; cant maximize the text box, I have to scroll up and down to double check my msg; should be able to verify if ticket was created thru sdk; cant mass respond; cant sort tickets on search function ex. by create date;


Since the last update in March, I am having issues. I can no longer turn on the notifications for my groups or for all in the settings. It jus takes me on and endless loop and the button will not turn on no matter what I do. please fix this!!


UI could use a little work in terms of where certain action items are located. Would definitely like to see some management options like SLA edits, adding a user to the helpdesk, and rule creation. The app seems a little TOO simple at this point.


Just installed and can't even login. It writes: "not found" after I enter an email which is correct 100%. What does that mean?


Should be able to answer customer chats and texts from the app. No longer able to see recently solved tickets. the pull doen is not working on my Android, can only see unsolved tickets.


The text interface is good but you need to add the calls too.. That would be really helpful if someone is calling you and you're out of the office.

Great App


Continues to get better. Batch selection of tickets for deletion. The ability to merge tickets and the ability to specify which queues(if we have access to multiple) we want to receive notifications for would be nice. 4/4/19 - Another app refresh comes and goes still with no ability to merge tickets via the app... maddening... 9/10 - still no merge!


Even after update to latest version can't change on-call setting EDIT: 3 years later, I have no idea how, ZenDesk managed yet again to keep it on the top of the worst apps I've ever had on my phone. This app usea 98% of the CPU and RAM on my Essential phone.

Works well for on the go updating of tickets, but there are some things that could be improved and added. One improvement would be auto refreshing when opening. I would like to see an easy way to search for and link to articles from the help center at some point. The other feature request would be adding a way to merge tickets on the go.


Can't support >1 account and switch between them in Android app as is possible in iOS version. "Take it" option doesn't work and macro actions to assign tickets to current user don't get applied.

Hasn't launched properly in several releases, have effectively broken email launch for ticket linking. Not a great upgrade.


Edit: the app has become blindingly white. I'm downgrading to 1.7.1. 2. The UI is horrible - for every reply I first have to choose a resolution at the top of the ticket and then submit my answer at the bottom. 3. A new update made it worse: the reply form has enough height to show just three lines of text. Most of the vertical space is wasted. Again, the resolution and the reply form are spaced out and it takes an extra scrolling effort for every ticket to adjust a resolution and send a reply.

I almost never review products. As a developer I know how hard it is make everyone happy. However I'm sick of the terrible support we get from this company. Tickets only get responded to days later. We in-fact have to reply to old tickets from agents we know actually respond in order to just get any feedback. The chat feature says leave a message 100% of the time. Come on guys you're a support company.


Updated: thanks for changing the app name to Zendesk! Appreciate the understanding and feedback from the developer on this. Previous: Seriously... Name the app something related to Zendesk. Just calling it support is generic, and lame.

After getting a Note9 the app wasn't functioning as it used to. I'm happy to say that whatever ironing out needing to be done worked and I'm a raving user again! ❤


Was Not able to login. Our organization have hyphens in the link of zendesk and its not allowing me to put hyphens. I tried using Google keyboard, default keyboard and swift key keyboard. Then found a workaround. Wrote the link in notes and then cut pasted here and then it allowed me. You guys need to improve a lot.


Unable to login since the domain that we use contains a hyphen, and you guys don't allow hyphen in the field. Very basic requirement!


Possibly the most useless app I've used. Remembers login for about 10 minutes (then forces relogin), doesn't remember the subdomain either, search doesn't seem to work, deeplinks don't work, views don't seem to be updated, and the app doesn't even show up in the regular apps list.


It was okay not as many features as the online Web version for pc and I don't really do much call closing or anything on the app. I mainly use it for getting notifications of new calls because its too clunky to use it for actual it support issues.

Can't use macro's in this app. Without macro's this app is useless. Have to type manually in the reply.


This is very helpful for when I'm on call but I really wish to Ivan name want just"support". It's not intuitive by icon name. I'd rather see"zendesk" on the icon.


In creating child tickets this app is not worth it. Would like more field ability of on the go updating tickets and adding child tickets when needed as I use this while out in the field so our home office will be updated in real-time.


Good app, but after last update, it keeps my screen on, all the time. Sony XA2 android 8.0, security patch level from 1st of June


I have tried to contact support team many times as I had some confusion about the plan I need to purchase for the email support. But, I never received any response.There are number of tickets that we need to respond on daily basis and we have 7 employees working on the same platform. At this moment I have purchased a plan in which tickets are being assigned to the individual agents working on it but I need all tickets to be shown in a group so all agents have access to it and they can work on it. I do not want tickets to be assigned particular to agents.

This application is a trash! I can't even sign in and asking repeated issue that invalid email and password. This is just a waste of time


It's the dumbest thing to see that when I search for a ticket number, and there are multiple results, it doesn't display the ticket numbers against each result, so there's no way I know which one is the ticket that I should click on. Please fix this design flaw and also show the ticket priority in the search results as well.


Absolutely trash app. Can't use Macros. Updates sent on a ticket don't show up for upto 10mins. Sorting doesn't work properly.
