Switched phones and app was copied over, but can't use the app and the app does not give the option to login as an existing user. Then, to top it, when I do register I simply don't receive the OTP. I see also that others here have listed and OTP issues and seems to not be getting resolved.

Worst experience ever I cant even register myself it does not send me OTP numbers i click on resend still no luck. I suggest you guys up your game as this is pathetic please don't say you sorry and I can send an mail to support this issues should've be resolved long time already I just looked at previous reviews regarding the same issue clearly you guys do not understand what customer service is all about and resolving issues that occur regularly. Zapper should not be a payment option in public.

I recently updated and now after scanning I am unable to verify my pin which then comes up in the next screen. This is new. This screen is unusable as it will not allow me to enter anything. The screen just blinks constantly and overwrites the first number entered. The app is now completely unusable.

No way to opt out of notifications from Zapper (without contacting support) and worse no way to prevent vendors who you've supported (Tribes) in the past to stop spamming you. App works fine, but spammy. Uninstalled.

Wrote a 1 star review because the app didn't work for me, review got pulled, so I'm writing another. The app does not send me OTPs and the resend feature didn't help either so I cannot register, therefore this app is unusable to me.

The app works great but I'm worried about it not sending an OPT/Banking App confirmation prompt when one makes payment, like any other online payment method.
