The new updates made to the app are excellent, easier to handle your account and transfers, wish they only add more calling packages for numbers without monthly subscription, and also they need to add more description to their services before you can purchase any online.

The new update broke the app... It keeps showing "please update the app to proceed" when I open the app, but there's obviously no update cuz it's the latest version and so the app now is literally unusable, fix it.

Fix the android app you money pitters the iSystem app is optimized but the android one is poorly designed and serviced (stuck on home screen and doesn't open and tried to Uninstall many times nothing happened for two months straight)

Recently, if you didn't recharge your sim card charge, then the sim card will be blocked from receiving any call. Before they update policies you are given 90 days to receive calls. It is a bad policy from a big and long-standing company

The costs of subscription sim and the services provided through the application and from the company Zain are very bad as far as possible (i.e. the costs of the monthly subscription are exorbitant and the Internet services in terms of speed and bad reliability) and there is no improvement in the services provided by this company !! I hope everyone knows be careful deal with this company!!

It's bad service, low internet speed, the quality of call is bad and they disconnect the line immediately after your credit is consumed, I don't recommend it

Unfortunately, Zain is very bad. The network is clearly distorted and the internet service is poor. In the end, the grace period was 90 days, it became only a day, and the second day the line was completely disconnected. PPP

The newest app update looks bad. You only have 24hours to recharge your pre-paid when subscription ends or else they'll disconnect your line

I don't have a zain number but I have zain cash, I had a problem and contacted them and was given a ticket that needs the app to be checked, I can't log in or sign up and I can't view my ticket
