I'll start by saying i love this app, and routinely use it to research stocks. As many others have said the app loads but clicking anything will result in the "loading wheel" spinning around forever. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue persists. It makes the app unusable since you can't look at at anything.

Great information 👍. I use Zacks daily. It helps me make good quality informed decisions. Thanks Zacks!!! I see the reviews about the app being slow and unresponsive. I have used the app for about 4 months now and thank goodness I have it not had any of those issues. Hope everything improves for you guys and gals, don't give up on it too soon.

After login, the Home page loads fine. Then after clicking on just about any of the options- buttons on toolbar, articles etc the load spinner appears and the pages never load. I have to close it down and open again but still cannot get past the Home screen. This started to happen in circa May of this year. Previous to May I used the app with no issues. ZACKS, can you fix before I cancel my subscription?

Unfortunately I also get the loading icon spinning round forever. it has been that way for quite some time. Hopefully Zacks will get it fixed real soon.

Fix it... it tries to load not sure what and freezes there in the process. Some background routine you are trying to launch is blocked by my phone protection and makes the app worthless. Fix it.

Forever loading. The information it provides is great, but that's only when you're able to actually access it. I find that it's forever loading and rarely finishes a download of a page for me to be able to use it. I'm using a Google Pixel 3A with current updates.

Doesn't work well. Having trouble loading results. It remains in a state of somewhat of a search mode without ever fully loading.

Update: i lower my rating further as no improvement after 6 months still same lagging speed. It takes forever to load. Just dont think this is worth subscription. Awsome research but app is terribly slow. Its takes long time to nevigate zack no 1 stocks if you want to see details. In stock timing is very important so developers definitely need some work. Otherwise its not worth to pay 250 plus a month.

This app freezes all the time. The buffering ring spins and spins. I wish I had a dollar for every time I've had to force close and reopen.

Was a great app until a month ago. I open the app, continue to dashboard, and once anything is chosen, a spinning circle pops up and the screen freezes. Cannot move beyond that. Zacks: Please fix so I can change the rating back to 5 stars!!
