Really the app UI need to update, I have lot of issues with the order, the same thing is happen with me 2 times I have ordered and make Payment through upi but didn't get any confirmation from them nor my money got refunded, really frustrating app.

Pizzahut app doesn't provide any chat support or restaurant contact number..and their service is pathetic.Never try to order from app..just visit the restaurant and check your items before leaving the resto.

One of the worst services I've experienced. I had ordered a pre-paid pizza for Rs 1025 from this app. Money was deducted from my account but I did not get the confirmation in the app nor did I get SMS and email on my phone. Then, I call customer care, they confirm that money has been deducted from your account, but since all stores are currently closed, your order has not been placed. What if you know that all stores are temporarily closed then why are you taking pre-paid orders through your app. They said that your money will be returned in 3 to 4 working days. In the future, I will never order from this app.

Poor Performance by PHD Team, they never check order before delivery,very embracing and more you can't see your order in their App.... No mechanisms for grievance or filing complaint or to give them feed back.
