JUST AS BAD AS 1ST APP/VIDEO! I COMMENTED ON THAT ONE EXTENSIVELY... "Waste of time and memory space" was the first one. I can honestly say that this one is a huge let down as well. 1 hour free? Yeah, but you only learn 3 or 4 moves. What good is that? Once you learn those few moves, you will find that, even done really slowly, you will finish them in a couple of minutes!

Complete 108 Tai Chi form step by step This video is better than any Tai Chi class I have ever attended. Master Yang teaches you every step of the form, plus the purpose of each movement. By understanding the original martial applications of the moves, you know why exactly your hands and feet are positioned in each posture. This helps you to focus more clearly, and lead more energy in your practice as a result. Nice scenes of the rainforest, and explanation of Taiji theory at the end. The best part is Dr. Yang's solo performance of the entire form, with misty mountains in the background and birds chirping, I felt like I was right there with him.
