It used to be great app. Latest update has UI Issues. Part home arm button was always depressed state. Feature request: scheduled Auto Arm/ disarm Disarm after certain hours or 6 Am every morning. Control button to turn on/off lights on dashboard.

No Valid Support Here in the US! It assumes that you are using a Yale hub, and w/o one credentials it's nearly impossible to setup their products to work cross platforms like Amazon alexa

As others have said since the last firmware update, I no longer receive push notifications so am now reliant on a text message informing me if there is an intruder. The firmware update also appears to have changed the sounds from the hub (door chime and arming beep). The developers should really test their software before deploying updates that seriously affect the usefulness of the system. For the app itself, it was never the most stable thing in the first place and doing a battery change on a sensor usually takes 2 or 3 attempt before it'll accept that I really did change the battery.

The app is great when it works. However, on multiple occasions I have experienced the app simply not interacting with the alarm system. Such as not being able to disarm the alarm, or change decide settings. It will simply load and then revert back to state it was on. Extremely frustrating as there are times you can't arm or disarm the alarm through the app.

Usually pretty good and easy to use. However it has fallen over significantly 2 or 3 times over the last couple of years so not reliable enough for 5 stars as yet. The main weakness is the low battery detection, the first warning is when the hub starts beeping every 30 seconds, day or night, and it cant be muted. An early warning of low battery before the hub beeps or the ability to mute the warning for a period should be included. Changing batteries at night to get some sleep is a pain!

The alarm hardware works great, but the software leaves a lot to be desired. Why does the app just use a standard notification sound when the alarm goes off? I've tried to work out which notification sound I need to change but without success. This should be obvious. The software will only let me login to one property at a time, why? Me and my partner have a system at each of our houses, but if her alarm goes off I cannot get any notifications

App not intuitive. Push notifications don't always come through when setting alarm on or off, makes me wonder if notifications will come through if alarm actually triggered. No way to check for firmware updates within app as I had a notification for an update and dismissed it so I can do it later, but cannot see a way to check, had to close app and relaunch. Would be great to be able to set siren LED to blink when alarm is on not just when arming or disarming, even blink perhaps when off too?

Was very good, did everything I needed it to , but as many others have reported since the last update I no longer receive push notifications when the alarm is being activated/deativated or if the alarm sounds. This makes the alarm redundant as its biggest feature no longer works. Please fix this asap.

After seeing some negative comments here I locked the app as soon as I registered it so it doesn't sleep, just in case that was the cause of messages not being received and so far (a week) it is working perfectly. Arm/Disarm/Events all being reported as they should

Since the last update, push notifications no longer work. Please fix this asap otherwise the app is now pretty useless. They worked perfectly fine before this update. You need to know if your alarm is going off or not!
