Pathetic app. If your broadband is down, it will not capture your exact issue. There is no option to connect to customer care personnel, everything is through IVRS, as if Airtel is at Pinnacle of AI services. Local contact person will keep his phone switched off in case of any failure. Absolute frustration has forced me to uninstall the app, and I am getting Xstream Fiber disconnected.

App does not have complaint feature in it... Facing network outage for almost 80-90 hours now and the only answer being received on call centres is technichians are working on it... Pathetic that service provider of this scale and stature and who claim to be the leading and technologically advanced in the nation are taking more than 4 days to resolve an issue.. and this time its not even the storm or weather to blame.. when the network is up, works good.. but otherwise it takes days to resolve.

Never ever pay advance so that you can save on installation charges, if all you want to do is just test their connection. I've opened my connection in May 2021 by paying 3 months advance of 799 plan and closed it within 28 days as I didn't like it. Now it's 4th month and no refund yet. No matter how many times I'm calling customer care, not receiving a single rupee back.

Very bad experience. I have installed it 22 days back and it is not working since 4 consecutive days and overall it has not worked for one week. I would recommend not to install it. Because it has poor network connectivity. Worst possible broadband service ever.

It's okay for basic details but needs to be much more advanced. Maybe have an advanced mode for advanced users. The Connected Devices section is just pointless because it just shows generic icons named 'Unknown'. Those can't even show more details or edit. When apps like Fing can show detailed names, model numbers and other information instantly, I don't see why this app can't do the same. Since there's no mobile version of the router configuration page, this should do that.

This app is almost useless. No option to limit speed for connected devices, you can't even see connected devices except your own. Average internet speed is 1mb. I have got 100mbps connection 1 month back, only once I saw a speed of 12mb for a few seconds, that's it. Never even 20mb. Since I have got no other service provider in my area and It's better than mobile data, that's the reason I still have it. If you got another option, then I will recommend you just try other services.. Switch man!

The app is super useful. However, can you please go about building a feature to provide the ability to configure/schedule the "Reboot Router" every day/week at a designated time so that I don't have to invest time to manually trigger it. I should still be able to trigger it IF need be. Will revisit my rating once the above request has been addressed. Thanks.

This option and app content is harmful. The thing people do not understand is, this router got a TR069 activated in it. That being said, someone else (here airtel) can login to your router and do anything they want to do. Also they can see and get exact which all websites you are visiting. Privacy concern. I do not like this concept art all. I WOULD LIKE TO BE MY OWNED DEVICE ADMINISTRATOR ALWAYS.

Worst service. I have been calling since 12days for new installation. Agent made payment for installation after payment done he is not picking my call. Whenever I called to Airtel customer care they will inform installation will be done in 24hrs after 24hrs they will confirm same. Act service is 1000 times better than yours.

Most of the times, the app sings out by itself and one is forced to autheticate again. This app doesnt support naming the 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands seperately and also doesnt allow to allocate bandwidth to each connection, whereas competition does. While away, one cannot check the devices connected, youve to be connected to this wifi to check the same.
