Difficult to erase videos to clear notification reports daily. Poor set up instructions if you have never used cameras. Otherwise initial setup was a small challenge, ie Sim chip location, ext charge port, initiating instructions but, overall a nice piece of eq once the 'challenges are resolved.

Can't get it to play back at all now. Husband & I have different phones but same log in account & neither 1 of us can do playback on our phones. It's a great feature cause we've caught the neighbors doing illegal stuff on my property. Now I can't screen record from my phone cause I can't get play back to work at all.

Works well for me. My only con is that it should be able to work when connected in the same network through wireless router even without data subscription. Again, some connected mic have this tap sound on the background. Overall, works well.

Cannot get my cell phone to bind so I can get alerts. It never sends a code. Same issue with Esee Cloud app. It's the same developer.

Very tempermental, difficult to reconnect to mesh web system if possible at all. Vague troubleshooting suggestions. Its ok once you can tweek it intil it works, but who has tome to do that!

No sound don't play to clearly night vision is the worse try seeing something at night good luck with that because it ain't gonna happen you can hardly see people faces during the day so imagine night I'm telling it's a waste of your money and you try to contact them and no reply ridiculous

App is inconsistent to the point of frustration. Features are hit-or-miss as to whether or not they'll work. In-app "news" tab is not showing notifications when a push notification sent, meaning I don't get the 30 sec. video clip norifications anymore. Notification settings are broken (particularly do not disturb override), and bug reporting is almost impossible to do correctly, and I not sure the reports go actually go anywhere.

Frustrating app. Works inconsistently all the time. I emailed developer with issue. See if they reply. Probably not. No 30 second video after getting motion alarm. Doesn't show anything under news. All 3 of my cameras are the same and it affects all of them. Has to be the app. Im also in contact with the camera manufacturer. I want to do to these cameras is what they did to the printer in the movie office space. Why even create the app if it doesn't work properly. What a waste.

Works OK. - Should be able to move slider to different locations on a phone notice instead of beginning to end as the only option - should be able to zoom in on a recording from phone. - should be able to activate or deactivate camera detection from phone, instead of from home only.
