Woot offered a deal for 10% off if you used the app rather than the web store. Logged in with Amazon Prime membership (to get free shipping), and was charged for shipping and DIDN'T receive the 10% discount. Woot allows 2 hours to cancel, but only email customer support within 24 hours. Emailed and then canceled the order. When customer service responded to the email for assistance (20 hours later), they said to the things I'd already done. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Questionable for right now. Review pending update. I ordered 3 products from them at the same time. The items shared the same UPS tracking number. When the package was recieved there was only 1 of the 3 items in the package. But according to the Woot app it said I recieved all items. The recieved item was a 6 pack of Brut body spray, the items missing was two 12 packs of Axe body spray, worth about $55. I could only email them, I hope they fix this without trying to say I did receive all items.

Straight up false advertising. No mention of requiring Prime. Here's the wording from the website: "WOOT! APP DISCOUNT. Hey you! Did you know you can get an EXTRA 10% off this item (maximum $20 discount) if you purchase it on the Woot! app? It's true! Offer valid 9/18/2021 only." Scum practice. Zero stars if I could.

With the backing of Amazon, you'd think you could make a decent app. When I'm on a product page and I click the "discuss this deal," it takes me to forums as expected, but when I hit the back button, it shows me the forums home instead of the product page. And with the lack of a product search feature it can be near impossible to get back to the product I was looking at.

Missing part of an order, contacted the company, I was told they contacted the company for an immediate replacement and would notify me with new tracking. 2 weeks later, still no tracking info. We're looking into it... a week later I get a refund and a "We're sorry". I just want a 10 pack of tshirts that I ordered for my husband!

The app seems okay. Amazon's login process is an ordeal. I just bought something. Logged in with the password. Okay that's reasonable. Then they push a notification to a phone. Somewhat time consuming but okay. Then they send a second authentication code to an email address. This requires logging into an email account. Reading a code and typing it into a phone. Something that should have taken 2 seconds ended up taking 10 minutes. I would expect better from Amazon..

A fun shopping experience with lots of weird items and good deals. The only bad thing I can say about it is that there is no search function. Browsing Woot! is like walking up and down the clearance aisles at your favorite store; you never know what you'll find but sometimes you find something you didn't know you needed. Plus there are BOCs. And monkeys.

Wish there was. Search function.. it's definitely not easy the navigate, especially when you click the back button and it goes the way to the home page not the page you were previously looking at.

I'm hooked and I hate it. I wish you could search for specific items, but maybe that's not the point of this platform. I can't see anything wrong with it, so I don't want to be mean and rate less than a 5 just cuz they couldn't read my mind and make it exactly how I want it to be if that's not how it was ment to be in the first place. Great deal site, subpar app. When I select an item to examine & press back, it takes me all the way back to the landing page instead of back to the category. Then I have to find the category again. This happens every. Single. Time. Also, I have to login every. Single. Time. I want to order something. Fix your app
