The service used to be great but for the third time in a row they reduce the delivery radius to 1km due to high demand. They argue it is to keep delivery times low. But it means there is now no options available and so you have no idea when or if you will be able to order. Basically now useless.

Tried to order three times, each time they block me from ordering only after putting together the order. Then I finally order from a place and it informs me delivery time will be an hour instead of 25 minutes, again after making the order. It's Tuesday and it's not raining so not exactly rush hour...

Only after I selected an order, I received an error "not delivering to your location". I don't know why it did not display when selecting a restaurant, but now my only vegan guest was left without food, as it was the only restaurant which could deliver in time. Thanks for a hungry friend - here's a one star as a reward.

Terrible application. I want to use the app as a guest. I put in all the necessary details and find the food I want and select my order. Then it says I must register and it takes me back to the start to input all the info again. No order saved, no address, no nothing. Poor user experience.

Love this app! Unfortunately you haven't started delivering to my neighborhood in Hiroshima, Japan yet but I always use the app for takeout orders at my favorite bubble tea shop. Very convenient and allows me to skip long lines. Waiting anxiously for you to expand your delivery area so that I'll have options other than U*erE*ts... :p

App is not functional myself and my friends more than a week can't add payment method (simple card which I can use anywhere else without a problem apart this magical app). We have contacted customer support services and we been told that on the system they can't see of such activity and been told that everything is working just fine. Therfore final verdict is that this app is unusable since without this function u cant order anything.

We were really enjoying the app, it was the best app in the market to order food. But recently they have changed something regarding the delivery range on my region and most of restaurants I was used to order I cannot order anymore. We live in a central area which doesn't have too many restaurants close by, which decreases our delivery possibilities a lot. Now we are switching to other apps that deliver to our address.

When it works it's great, but mostly there aren't enough delivery people, so it shuts down. We live very centrally in Berlin, so it really shouldn't be a problem that often. Happens every Friday and Saturday night or if it rains too much.

The app interface can be frustrating, in some windows pressing "back" on the phone's buttons(bottom right) takes me back a step while on others will minimize the app altogether losing all info of the session as I should have pressed the "back" arrow top left part of the screen. Really well made app, but the restaurant ratings are practically useless. There is no info about how many people have contributed to the rating and there are no written reviews. Also, all restaurants have a suspiciously high rating.
