Refused to activate or register my card via this app for online access. Tells me wrong card data. Went to website turns out card data was correct and can activate/register for online access just fine. App clearly poorly made. Once I got access to the card and activated it, Amazon will not accept it as a valid form of payment, and transfer funds to my bank gets me the connection timed out error. No issues with any other part of the website until I try to got my funds off my card. 0/10

The app only shows your balance & pending charges. The website shows everything. I always check my balance before I go to the store because sometimes charges show up twice. It eventually fixes itself, but it would be embarrassing if my card was declined at the store even though I know how much money I should have. I really like that there aren't fees with each transaction.

Downloaded this app thinking I could activate and possibly register my card but I could not get past the screen where you have to enter your email and username. I don't know how many times I tried but I finally gave up and did everything online. I was finally successful in entering everything I needed to enter and activated/registered my card. I think that some more work should be done on this app for it to work properly.

Try to log in and it keeps saying wrong light in credentials. So I go through the steps to recover my account, and it just does the same thing!

Very basic. Strangely, the app worked for me, but refuses for my husband and we have the same phones on the same update so the inconsistency is frustrating.

Useless... Set up account and activated card only online, which I can access from computer and phone, but the app gives an error message that the credentials are wrong. I hate apps that can't update it's systems. Waste...

App was working. Got uninstalled. Installed back. Cached credentials for the app do not work. Others at CSL have told me the same... or they loaded it on android and iPhone and worked on one and got invalid credentials on the others. Seems the app credentials are associated with the install as tech support said app password was not the same as web login password.

It hasn't loaded or opened in a week and keeps saying the network is currently unavailable. It's becoming a huge hastle. I'm not happy. Can someone fix this please.

I entered the correct details and still got a "wrong card data" message. This thing is worthless, as is the website, and I resent AT&T for using this method to refund my account balance.
