Epitome of bad remote control app. MUST have location svc turned ON even to recognise camera?!? Connecting to cam depends very much on luck. Phone needs both WiFi AND btooth enabled - even if you manually turned cam's WiFi ON?? Transferring 15s of 720p video takes over 5 min! Worst of all: doesn't offer live view on phone, nor triggering the shutter. So: useless for transferring files, you need to be right next to the cam (btooth) yet still can't take pics with it. What's the app's point then?

The setup to my new WK4HDW WildlifeCam demands that you're careful and follow the description exactly - show patience 🤗 Note: The system uses 2 different passwords 1: for physical access to the camera 2: for wireless BT access. When connected one may wireless alter the camera system setup and the recordings. Convenient !

Nice that I can see the content and battery level remotely, pity file transfer to phone is soooooo slow.

Finding this app very hard to use,not only will it not load properly. The continue button,is totally covered and is difficult to access. Then when you can get passed these? you may not even find the camera you want, says follow these steps x3 then return to app within 60 seconds, this seems impossible. Really needs sorting out this, rendering it PRETTY USELESS INDEED.

Agree with Neil, spent hours trying to set up the WK 4 HDW but the app doesn't load properly, no response after select camera page, if it's not sorted pdq, it's going back to Aldi, very disappointing!

Poor app, I have been trying all day to connect after the initial setup. The WiFi connection just never appears in my list. Rubbish.

DIFFICULT TO SET UP, ESTABLISHED CONNECTIONS BUT WHEN I GO BACK INTO THE APP JUST SAYS ADD ANOTHER CAMERA. BOTH ON ON PHONE AND TABLET SAME PROBLEM. IT WILL BE GOING BACK TO ASDA .

Device connects to pad wifi but app keeps going back to wifi setup and not in to app. Returning both the cams I got.
