The app is glitching during ride I can't finish the ride !!!!!!!!!!!! Problem solved, the tech support were very polite, they gave back money for 15 min without moving, I was very satisfied, and now I am happy, I hope there won't be anymore issues like that :)

Won't take any bank card from outside Russia ! I tried 6 different cards and they didn't work. My friend could only get a local card to work on his phone:( All my cards work with online payments so I'm sure it is an issue with Whoosh Two of my cards use an online authorisation which I did and the payment went through then Whoosh returned the money and the app was showing it is a fraud payment!!! The other cards use and OTP which I put in and after that all I get was a fraud payment!

An overpriced service equal to the price of a full-fledged car sharing. They impose an insurance service in addition and do not allow to cancel. The application is made in such a way that after any action the insurance is turned on again. Support behaves cynically without any desire to increase customer loyalty. Businessmen aiming to make huge profits on cheap scooters. Don't deserve more than 1 star

The app is as useless as it can be. It does say I've got no Internet connection while other apps work like a charm. There are also numerous 1st grader mistakes in English interface. This is intoleralbe, to say the least. Immediately deleting that and recommending all my friends against it.

I used this app and everything was good. But once I was in a hurry and when I tried to rent a scooter a popup came in requiring the DoB. Without paying attention why do they ask me I've selected that day as a DoB(some day in 2021). This idiot app logic blocked the account without letting change the date. Their support didn't answer my email as well. Why do they need detailed personal info if they just need a confirmation of being 18+?

Fix you're app. It freezes then crashes in 5 seconds after starting, with or without GPS. You have to stand for 5 minutes near parkings trying to start a ride.

No way to add debit/credit card not from russia . So if you are a turist - its simply "f*uk you" in your face . Thanks for service (not). Spend 4 hourse trying to add card , calling my bank , using different cards - nothing worked

The worst app, plz Don't waste ur take on this App, The Map doesn't showing me Scooters near me, i communicated with the them, they told me to Log out and log in again, i did but still it were not working, they told me again to uninstall and reinstall the app, I did but nothing isn't working
