The products, yeah they're good, but seriously still no shipping from Europe and no euro currency? The price for shipping is more than the product itself and sometimes even two to three times more expensive than the price of product. Really disappointed, weverse is not global if you don't even include separate shipping system for Europe, just like USA and Japan.

Gave a 2 cause I rarely buy products from Weverse. When i bought concert tix or something of the like its always been a breeze. Recently the first problem happened when I was trying to buy a viewing of TXT's concert. I tried to buy twice but it wouldnt let me. I took that as a sad sign that i should save my money. But yesterday (10/20) I tried 5 TIMES to renew my BTS Army Membership & it wouldnt let me. 3 of those 5 times i got to paypal even got a payment notif but still no membership.

I never get notifications for new things added to the shop so when I go check the shop everything is already sold out. If I do get notifications they don't come in until an hour or even days after something has been added to the shop. It's extremely frustrating!

Its not good. There should be given other currencies besides US dollar and Japan currency such as Indian Rupee, Bangladeshi Taka, European Euro, Korean Won etc. There are many fans from different countries so you should allow shipping for other countries and also add other currencies.

It's just getting worse and worse. Shipping on preorders from the US shop are pushed back a month or more later than the Global shop and even with the built-in delay, things still don't ship on time. I don't blame them for the increase in shipping prices from the Global Shop, that's just the world right now, but their logistics are terrible. As for the app itself, the notifications only come through sometimes, which gives you a high chance of missing out on popular limited items.

I'm also a big fan of Hybe (BigHit) but Weverse Shop do not deserve any star as a rating. It's the worst platform they have. Imagine not getting the notifications when my app is always updated and I have allowed all the available settings for me to get notifications everytime there's announcement for merchs and album. What's disappointing is that my ARMY membership seemed of no use since there's pre-order but for limited quantity only. Making me order from general sales and later shipments.

Do not order anything from weverse shop. They send me wrong items for the order after sending it back to korea. In which they said the will refund the entire order and shipping fee to korea. Its been almost 1 month and they still havent refund me. The most horrible online marketplace and they want to be known as the place where everyone get their kpop merch, its a joke cause the customer support is the worst. I will keep 1 star review till weverse refund me.
