I've been using Weee since pandemic and now I never go groceries in store any more. It's addicting shopping groceries online. Most of my Asian friends are using Weee now and at least half of them are loyal customers. Weee has been making a lot of progress in delivery and adding new products. Some of their products are slightly more expensive than local stores, but most of them are about the same price or cheaper. Hope they keep up the good work.

I like this online store. Their products and services are excellent. However this app sucks. It automatically download pictures to my phone without my permission. The display of the app is stupid. The homepage stays in the background forever. Other pages displayed on it. You can see the homepage from the white areas of other pages like a dazzling background.

I can't seem to place an order. It says that the apartment # has exceeded 400 characters long when I only have 3 numbers in that line. I tried everything to get it to work and place the order but I had no luck. Tried to order online too and had the same issue. Not sure whats going on there.

Good variety of goods for a great price, sometimes the produce can be not as fresh but it's tolerable. However the app has been very buggy and slow for me that I have even have trouble placing order.

Cool stuff. Haven't made an order yet. Wish you guys sold and delivered more spanish stuff. Specifically my favorite: Malta Goya. It's so hard to find these drinks. Had hope you guys had it but nope. Idk if I'll end up buying anything else. Still cool app though.

Havent ordered anything yet. Im happy i can recamend things i dont see. Can i suggest an Image search for things that we dont know the names of but we know what it looks like? When i can get it delivered ill update with my thoughts, free shipping if its $50 or more!

I would not recommend this app or delivery service to anyone in NYC. App is kind of useless. It's always best to call Customer Service, even if they barely speak English, including the driver. Doesn't update/track your order like it should. The driver did not even follow my instructions whatsoever. He made me come outside my building & handed me boxes of my order. This was my first time ordering from this company, and this will be my last time.

App works ok most of the time. Once in a while it acts up and I have to exit and reenter. One weird thing is that I can share my order only through the app. If I click a Weee link from WeChat and place order from there, I always unable to share/post my order link to WeChat. I have to open the app, go into my order history to do the sharing. Not sure why?!

I've placed two orders so far. The first one was chips, banana milk and yogurt pops. All of it came with NO damage at all. My second order was nothing but soda which were in glass containers. They packaged it AMAZINGLY. The box came damaged (FedEx fault) but NONE of the glass bottles were broke thanks to Weees packaging. And on top of all that this is the most AFFORDABLE app I've found.

App is sometimes buggy and I can only order dry goods (due to not living in SF) but I've enjoyed it so far. Prices are okay (not cheap, but not marked up super high...most of the time!) and they have a decent selection. Wish there was more Korean products. First order (arrived today), some items like drink cans came dented but shockingly the chips were fine. Would recommend.
