Hey there, the team is doing a great job in bridging the gap between vendors and client. At the same time they bring a lot of options to the table. However there is a scope of improvement for seamless experience which I am sure the team is already working on. Expanding the scope to more price brackets will yield better user response. It's a good app to start with. The database is fairly big enough but the vendors included are mostly costlier than what is available in the market. I would encourage those in-charge to make sure that they expand the list of vendors to cater to the middle class clientele as well. Upper class anyway will stick to their select planners. They are not going to use such sites, so if the target audience is the middle class then the vendor list need to be expanded to include their reach.

In one word I would like to say this app is really ""awesome"" 😍 I really love this new concept ...this app not only saves time but also suggest new things like which usually not implemented by most of the middle class families in thier weeding...I would like to give one suggestion pls add reminders or alarm 🚨 in checklist section... beacuse in weddings everyone is in their rush mode and forgot to do things if not remindes timely. Thank you for this awesome creation 🙂

Worst service ever. They take money for venue booking service with a guarantee that they can find a venue in all types of budget and requirements. They boast that they can do this in 24 hrs. But after taking the money they take 3 days and come back with a reply that it's not possible. It seems that they can only plan big fat Indian wedding with a budget of 1cr or more. None of their genie services actually work. I've got no response for anything till now. Just worst.

Very bad experience and very disappointed. I've seen lots of good reviews and googled a lot about it and downloaded the app. Now, when I wanted to contact support team via app, it says failed and I had to go to website and leave a message. I tried to contact a vendor and finally got the app business WhatsApp number sending me the vendor contact details. When I sent a message, it ticks blue. However, no one responded. I also dropped a message to the vendor but no luck.

Our wedding was at a new place for me entirely and my fiancé, though from that place, was not aware of any wedding vendors. So we booked a couple of vendors from this app including makeup, photgraphy, mehendi and venue decorators. All the vendors turned out pretty nice. The ease to contact so many different vendors in each category is exactly what I was looking for, especially when I was sitting in an entirely different city. The venue decorator was the best of all and such value for money.
