I've been using Webroot on my PCs for many years now, and love it. However, this app is unusable. The application menu is unreadable due to the color scheme chosen. The text font is almost as dark as the background. The only way to see the menu options is to run your finger along the screen until you manage to select an item. At that point, the selected item's background will change, allowing you to read the menu option text itself. If a simple menu is this unusable, it makes you wonder how thoroughly they tested the rest of the application.

Sure wish Webroot Password Manager were available on iPhone! Various customer service reps have blamed one thing after another (including me), but none of their recommendations (when they had any) helped. One guy told me it just wasn’t available for iPhone; must be true. Don’t have it on computer anymore, either. Last problem was Firefox upgrade couldn't handle Webroot. When I was able to reactivate it, again called Webroot about absence of Password Manager. From one rep, I learned that I needed the Toolbar; from another, that I already had it. Sigh. Still no WPM. It was so efficient, safe, convenient, and helpful that I must downgrade Webroot due to its absence. So two stars is all I can award:; the anti-virus does an unobtrusive job except for warning about unsafe sites. (Is that why its never found a virus?) But that’s readily available—free—elsewhere. Though other apps will manage passwords, however, none I’ve tried is even a close second to Webroot Password Manager’s user-friendliness or efficiency. I want it back! I want it on my iPhone! Until then, especially considering the somewhat erratic customer service, two stars is the best I can do.

Since I installed webroot on my phone there's been no problems. My renewal is coming up in a matter of days and believe me I am going to make sure that my phone and laptop are covered. It's a little expensive for me since I'm on a fixed budget but it's worth the money. Without my phone and laptop I would be lost. I'm able to visit my family in California videos text facetime. Thank you for a great protection.

So far very good. I still think there is something going on in the background though. possibly some developer accumulating points, emails, info, etc... I will find out soon enough. All of my electronics have been compromised, since mid-march 2020. covid did not help my situation, nor did my lack of $$ . we will see. Thank you Webroot. Don

This is my first time trying this app. I have had webroot in the past for my MAC and PC, and I loved it. I recently purchased it again and decided to extend to my phone. That's when I came across this app. I've used it a few times. It makes me feel safer. Especially knowing it's a webroot product. I wish it would allow me to login with my account. Just error codes so far.

The last update sucks. Like others have said it is sucking the life out of my battery. Also the app is giving me a notification that I have an issue that needs to be fixed but when I log into my account on the website it says nothing needs to be done. Very annoying and Im tempted to uninstall until the situation is resolved.

I've enjoyed having webroot on my phone for the last several months, but since the update today it says I need to turn off my usb debugging. However. my usb debugging is not on. I don't want to tell it to ignore incase in the future there really is a problem which means I can't get the notification to go away.

Terrible user-interface. I like webroot on my desktop, but it sucks that I have to get a new web browser for security on mobile. The browser doesn't even allow me to change the search to DuckDuckGo. I would hope that they fix webroot on mobile. so that users can be secure no matter what browser.

Due to the fact that webroot secure anywhere caused my phone to overheat and used my CPU causing my battery to drain, BitDefender is now my new protection. This issue has been going on for months. The app crashes continuously. Webroot whatever!!! I want my money back!!!!
