I bought the Jive at the recommendation of multiple people, but regret it. One of the big reasons was for the phone remote control, yet the Bluetooth disconnects literally every minute. To test it, I left my toy sitting on top of my phone, and it still disconnects constantly. I have troubleshooted, and my phone has normally no trouble with Bluetooth at all. This is definitely an app problem, not a toy problem.

Really wish i wouldve checked this before i bought. The pair button needs to be pushed to reconnect to my bluetooth if it sits for awhile. Its like it goes to sleep. You can imagine thats not feasible in public. Even if she goes to the bathroom, pushes it, and comes back it wont pair. My phone has to be right there immediately to pair. Very frustrating. The whole reason i purchased was for the bluetooth. Its 2021, the bluetooth shouldnt be a problem. Use the tech from ANY speaker system.

The vibrator itself is fine. It is a little louder than i hoped but not terrible. When using the remote it has been okay at times but the app is complete garbage. It can never connect, the pairing the one time it worked, disconnected in like 1 min. I am in a long distance relationship and this was suppose to allow me to be intimate with her while i was away but the app never works causing the device to be deemed as false advertised. We-vibe you really need to fix your app or change developers.

Took forever to connect the device to the phone. Once that happened it went down hill. Settings weren't working correctly, unable to share to partner, unable to connect to partners phone. For the price of the products and the hype of the app you'd expect it to at least work close to what they claim. It's supposed to help spice things up, not make it spicy. Huge difference. Fix your garbage.

Shocking app, how can you charge such a high price, over £100 for a toy that only does the job of one worth £20 due to the poor app you have developed not working. Instead of directing all your unhappy customers to your troubleshooting page or sending them your customer service email address to wait to be contacted within 4-6 business days, just fix the issues as stated below by thousands of people and then we will all be happy!

There are enough negative reviews to create a Class Action Law Suit over Breach of Contract and Misrepresentation. The software fails at every level. The remote is poorly designed with buttons too small for all but the smallest hands. It's only redeeming quality is that it fits into the charging box. That's worthless to consumers. Wevibe, pay outside programmers to start fresh and make all of this "JUNK" work seamlessly. This must be a plug and play device that works like any other quality BT.

DEVS FIX YOUR BLUETOOTH CONNECTION ISSUES. DO NOT BUY OR USE any of these products the app disconnects from bluetooth every 5 seconds or 5 minutes if you're lucky. cannot use over long distances cannot even use the app for the product as intended. Better of buying a $40 one with a remote cause that's all this one is. Maybe if I keep my phone on and never close the app or put it in the background so if I dedicate my entire phone to keeping it on the page of the app then MAYBE it'll stay connected

This is absolute junk. Used to work, now it won't connect to partner at all. I'd give it a zero of I could. I'm all for that lawsuit if we can, because automated responses aren't cutting it. Fix your app. Wasting the time my partner and I have together, and really upset that it doesn't work.

same issue as the others my devices some times has problems connecting only one connects easly. already contacted the website for help no response. the app works fine most the time when it's only me I have 4 devices but when I try to add my friends and my partner just to alow them controle. ot gives me an error saying no connection I have reset phone multiple times and redoanlowded the app 6 times checked my phones vpn and network settings. still no luck even trying to send connection

If you wanted to invent an app to put people off sex, please respond and I will change to 5 stars. Bluetooth connection is awful, it can't seem to remember what state the app was in if you look away and back, on my partner's phone the main screen doesn't work at all. Literally the only reason I keep trying to use this garbage pile app is because there is no other way to turn off 'smart silence'. Please don't direct me to your troubleshooting guides or customer service, just make it work.
