This app is useless! This dashcam was not cheap by any standard but virtually useless because of the app not working as it should. Try to download videos onto phone or even see them and it just gives me wifi has weak signal. Others have complained here too but you've done nothing to rectify. No updates since July last year. Do something about it!! 😡 Wouldn't even give one star if I had my way.

Completely Useless. No rear view recordings when you need them, can't view any recordings that happened more than 2 hours ago. App keeps closing when you scroll down in settings. What a waste of money!

New car, collision that wasn't my fault, app keeps telling me to connect to Wi-Fi...... I AM CONNECTED........ shouldn't be this hard, will definitely be trying another dash cam system for my car as I'm on the road all the time and will soon not have Wi-Fi at all, not great!!!!!!

Basic functions do not even work properly. No useful features. Can only play files. Cannot even sort or name the files with correct date / time or configure the settings.

Can't even connect to the app says my password is wrong. Information says you can recover password on the U7 can't do that at all. So grumpy!!!!!!

App not been updated for years, suggest if you've just had your camera installed you use the new app. This is not the current version for new in car cams.

Apps hang cannot start after wifi connected. i am using Huawei Mate X handphone. pls advise or pls look into this problem. Any other apps for morbella car cam.

Easy to use app. You must turn off mobile data in Android 9 for it to work.

App is useless! Paid a fortune for the dashcam on purchase of new vehicle which was installed at same time thinking I was doing the right thing. Toyota need to rethink who their third party suppliers are. Do not recommend.
