Do NOT get expedited or express shipping. It's a rip off. The date given for arrival is an estimate only (not that they make that clear). I paid $95 for "express" shipping and my furniture is still going to take over a week to arrive despite the promised earlier arrival when ordering and an email update saying it was coming even sooner. Customer service sent me a 10% off coupon for my next order. Why would I want to make a second order when they can't even deliver my first???

Edit: it's fixed! Took awhile, but app works normally now. Can no longer use the app. Keep getting captcha that won't let me continue (no button to accept), and if I do get past that nothing will load. Can't log in. If I try to view recently viewed items, says they're not found. Not disabling my ad blocker - it worked before no problem.

Fantastic site for everything you need. Updates on delivery or if an item isn't in brilliant at letting you know. Furniture is sturdy but on the more pricey side as I have found virtually the exact same on another website that likes doing hotdogs!! But I am disabled as I had my leg amputated above the right knee so I can't get to that one but I don't even know if I would still go if I could! Overall I can't fault this app easy to use,reliable keeps you completely updated.

love Wayfair app but Wayfair return policy is horrible. I had two bathroom vanity lights that I purchased in March 2021 that I tried to send back in August 2021 bc we went from a double vanity to a single vanity (and bc of COVID-19 the rest of my bathroom was on back order) They refused to take them back bc of the return policy time line and I had spent over 8,000.00 with them in the past 6 months.

Anytime I like something and try to share the link with my husband, it doesn't work. The link redirects to Wayfair's home page. I have to send screenshots instead. So disappointing. Decent app otherwise.

love Wayfair. you can't beat there selection and prices are reasonable, but mostly it's there turnaround from when you order your items till you receive them. 2-3 days. I ordered a couch from a furniture store and it's been 9 weeks and I'm still waiting, wish I went with Wayfair. I've ordered several things from a dinning table to TV stands and accent cabinets and I'm extremely happy with them all.

I like Wayfair very much as I have bought many times and only had one problem with a product. Called them and replacement part was sent no hassle. So very satisfied and will continue buying from them. PS. there will always be something that wasn't made right so having a good seller that fixes a problem is top notch with me. Thanks Wayfair

I am so amazed with all my shopping on Overstock. I've been able to do so much decorating and also purchase necessities for our new home on Overstock. I've never been disappointed, in fact I'm always amazed at the things I order...exellent quality and usually BETTER than the picture shown of items.

I have already turned off all push notifications for the app, yet it still continues to send push notifications. The company had the audacity to reply to my review with instructions on how to turn off push notifications. I'm not an idiot! They are OFF like I stated in my review. In reading other reviews, I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. Wayfair can't get their app right and wants to blame us. Don't download.

Everything that we have ordered thus far has been beautiful and easy to assemble. The barn door t.v. stand is a beautiful piece we had to get, with a lot of dvd storage, which we needed. The beautiful blue / green couch we bought. Delivered fast, and is very comfortable, as my hubby and I have both slept on it. It can double as a bed with the soft ottoman, when pushed next to the chaise of the couch, makes a double size bed. We couldn't be happier.
