This may be the SLOWEST app I've ever used. I almost never have time to pull up the rewards barcode in the store, even when there are several people ahead of me. And trying to switch between an order barcode and the rewards barcode is it's about impossible. It is great in theory, and the ordering on the app is really good, but the functionality is just not there otherwise.

Can't sign in been trying for days. Update as of Nov. 19 now I can sign in but can't reload my card. Been trying to delete, refresh to no avail. About to say I have had enough with this Wawa app and card never had problems before but this is crazy. Customer service has done nothing to help. All I want to do is add money to my card.

Too slow 🐌, I had to wait for more than 10min for the intro with the bird logo, when I went to pay the app still did not work and after finally the app opened the reception in the store was so horrible that it did not let me look for the rewards options to claim them at the cashier, because of that there was a huge line and customers on the line they commented that the app is useless, I was very overwhelmed that I opt to pay and leave without using my rewards. Very frustrating 😕

The wifi at our local Wawa store has been consistently inconsistent for several years, since its opening. The staff blames it on terrible coverage by AT& T coverage. However, we have AT&T and have no issues with their cell coverage. I just contacted corporate for the fourth time. Yes, they got back to me right away; my first response in four contacts. They turned the matter over to their "IT Team." It's been almost four week since their response to me...as of today, the issue is still unresolved

The app worked for one order. Since then I keep getting error codes saying things are not available at stores regardless of the item. Water bottles aren't available in half the stores. If that wasn't bad enough I need to reset my password every 5 logins for no apparent reason. This app would be great to avoid the lines if you're in a rush but I found myself late trying to mess with this app than just sitting in a line for 20min

honestly? a garbage app. ordered from it twice and regretted it both times. first time, didnt get one of the sandwiches i ordered and when i inquired, basically was told that i was out of luck when i tried contacting them about it. second time, i ordered coffee and waited over 2 hours for it to arrive to just be told it was sitting on the counter since there was nobody to deliver and that there was no way to get my money back or cancel the order. waste of time and waste of money, don't bother.

This app seems great... In theory. Every single time I go to use it, nothing works as it should. Also, they give you in app rewards that cannot be used IN APP. If you choose to use a reward, they make you go in to use it at the register instead of making it like a coupon that comes off your total so you can still just pay IN APP. 11/13/21 update: took some time off seeing if we could both grow. Still sucks.

No points even if ordered through app. I've been ordering through the app for a while. The "until your next reward" never changes. I've asked to scan my rewards card after paying at the counter by scanning my phone and am always told it knows through the app. None of my recent orders are in my history.

Let me be clear about something. I love Wawa. But I hate the app. I've yet to have a decent experience with it. There's nothing worse than placing an order ahead of time only to get there and have someone tell you oh we couldn't make that for you because we didn't have this ingredient. Happens all the time. Annoying as heck. And it's not like they compensate you and give you something for your troubles because you end up waiting twice as long for your order.

Wow, I thought the negative reviews were exaggerating, but then I downloaded the app. Within the first few minutes of trying to order food I got stuck in a loading screen loop for over 3 minutes before I gave up. There's no reason it should be this painfully slow.
