Watson's branches wherever you are in the country are very reliable in just about everything personal needs. However, the app is very slow , the process in purchasing an item is very buggy. Couldn't recommend this to anyone than 3 stars , if you want to buy something , just buy in the nearest Watson's branch. Not with this app.

I tried to use the Click & Collect option in purchasing an order in your app, however it doesn't give me the option to choose the store where I want to pick it up. I'm located in Visayas Region but, the nearby options that it gives are all in Luzons part. I tried to filter it by putting my province's name however, it won't give the option to choose my province's as it doesn't show anything.

As an IT, it would be recommendable if you remove a lot of unnecessary graphics. The experience of your users are much more important than the looks of it. It performs too slow which brings out frustration to anyone (including me). Also, some pop up messages are not properly captioned. The error code is showing up instead of the actual message a user should be seeing. Another suggestion would be, when you filter don't bring back the user to the first part where he needs to re-click see more.
