Ever since the update, I haven't been able to see my balance or account on the app, online, or over phone. I have been using atms to check my balance. I have called customer service, tech support, and my local branch. They all just keep telling me to call different numbers and that there isn't anything they can do. For the love of God, please fix this.

This app was just fine the way it was, now it's more complicated and all my information was synced with something (I have no idea to what) after I had to resubmit all my personal information and reset my password (which I never requested) just to open the app. For 4 days I had no accessibility to my account because of this update. Only gave it 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to give zero.

November 2021 UPDATE Finally works again, but the app is now even a worse experience. Removed features, tonnes of wasted space and fluff. WaFed went to great lengths to make sure it wasn't like a computer experience. That's 100% the WRONG direction. The new app is all fluff, giant text and icons, so little actual useful content shown on the screen at once, and the complete redo of the account/password was unwelcome. This is a much worse app than ever. Looking forward to dumping WaFed soon.

This app was great until the update in November 2021. This app used to show the balance after each transaction it made balancing my checkbook quick. Now it is jumpy it doesn't show the balance after each transaction and it took five times longer to balance my checkbook way2go app designers? Too bad you never use your own product.

The update doesn't work!! I updated it, go to log in...says my info doesn't match ..when I attempted with the same info the first time it took me to a verification code page, asked me to select an option for a code...but would not let me select or move forward. It's really frustrating that the app is down for a couple of days and then doesn't work

The " at a glance" feature seems to have been removed with the last update. I used this feature all the time & do not like having to log into my app to view balances. This update also came with some new & exciting glitches that tell me the app is unavailable to "verify" and "sync" constantly.

This app has always been unreliable and irritating. After the update i was forced to do just now, i cant log in at all. It forced me to change my password and after "verification" it says it doesnt recognize my credentials. Im about to drive 30 minutes to the local branch just to check my balance. This app is TOTAL GARBAGE.

Before the recent update I was 100% satisfied! Now after the latest update, I'm having syncing problems and Problems of loggng in. Not at all pleased. Been with Washington Federal for a few years now and this is the first time I've been dissatisfied. Please look into these errors. Will change my review afterwards

As mentioned before, the app is down for updates pretty frequently; however, the new design (released 11/2021) seems to have A LOT more functionality. I will re-review once I've had time to explore it more. Thank you for the revision, team!

It used to be ideal.Now it is dramatically confusing. I needed to update old apps, as they links were completely eliminated. In needed tomato new passwords,asIt if I do not already have enough of them.Not to mention, the total user UNFRIENDLINESS ,AS FAR AS EASE OF FUNCTION GOES. Then I had total WAFD to get help and Was on hold for about 1/2hour.GOBACK TOTHE OLD SITE...MUCH BETTER.
