I have been using the app to buy things all the time. But recently I can't purchase anything again, whenever I try to buy something there is always a error message that reads "Exception occurred during invocation of web services". I don't know 😕what does that mean.

The app is okay however its no way to contact the person your purchasing from. When ordering it states time frame you will receive (19days) and after you order it time frame goes longer (32 days) I wouldve never ordered if I knew it was false advertising on the time frame. You can not trust them. Timeframe is a lie.

I used to buy all the time with no problems, however for the past 2 months I been trying to buy from the app and it keeps telling me "Exception occurred during invocation of web service" I don't know what this means, I tried deleting and Uninstalling the app multiple times and nothing seems to work. I want to buy but it doesn't allow me leaving me to go somewhere else 😕

Every app has problems, but this one. Wow. I've been using it off and on since 2013 and it still has the same problem with not recognizing a product's page so I can actually save stuff to buy. UPDATE 3 years later: lmao I just downloaded this and after 9 years it has the same glitch

This app used to be a very good app. I don't know what happened or who took it over but it has gone down hill fast. Customer service is not a practice with this app.. Everytime I try to buy something it has a problem box popup and never loads, very frustrating and ready just to delete the app!!!

This is the worst app I ever been on. I put in an order since July 16 2020 I was told September of 2020 I was going to receive my order now we are in March of 2021 I still not received my order. Ever time I check my order status is pending. I contacted Wanelo customer service and frustratingly I was told they were unable to give me refund and I will not also receive the order because it has been very long the seller does not have my record no more. This app is a complete mess .

I'm looking for a square angel food cake pan with a removable insert. I was sent to this site and was told they didn't have it! It even showed a picture of it, so what's the deal? I've read over the reviews and I know now why you can't get anything. This app looks like a fraud and all you can say is send an email to customer service or whatever! These people have done that and no response!! How stupid is your answer!! YOU need to get in touch with them and explain what's going on! Help them!

It is a really good place to purchase stuff and really good stuff it's just that sometimes when you order they keep it for so long which is the seller and later on tell you that it's not available then why did you accept the payment, but this is a really good place to shopping

I went through to much with this company to either get my refund or my purchases, I am done, and I am uninstalling this app. It was hard to get my money back, I think they wanted me to give up but I was determined. I finally got my money refunded today. I hope everyone learns from what I went through with this company. I wish I could have gave them zero stars!

I have contacted customer service 2 times already about a pop up when I try to purchase an item. I attached a screenshot about 4 days ago as I was asked to do by a customer service rep and have not heard back. This is ridiculous. The app use to be very good and has gone down hill over night.
