Worst experience ever - do not go to Walmart for printing! Templates are tough to customize and the photos are so disorganized. Next day pickup is a lie. I got a pickup confirmation email and arrived to the store and half my order was missing. I paid for greeting cards with envelopes, store said they had run out and it's a 6x8, so it's an awkward size I can't even buy. Print quality was awful compared to Costco. Wouldn't give me a refund in store since it was ordered online.

The app was frustrating. I followed the instructions at the kiosk, which told me to connect to wifi first and then open the app. Everytime I did that, my phone froze and the app wouldn't open. So I decided to reverse the steps and THAT worked. This was also the only process (out of wifi, Bluetooth and USB connection) that would work.

for a multibillion company, I'm disappointed that you cant manage to build an app with proper UI/UX. app doesn't even want to link with the photo centers, we followed the instructions and none of it worked. settings to wifi, and then kept kicking back into settings when eventually getting back into the app. who did your useflow...its terrible.

When using this app, it caused the photo kiosk to crash two times. I used the same kiosk earlier using a USB and it worked just fine. I decided to try out the app, thinking it may make things a little quicker. I stood by the kiosk for 10 minutes waiting for it to restart so I can finish my order. Thinking it was just the kiosk, I decided to try one more time using the app to complete my order, and it crashed a second time, so I walked away.
